D6.2- Montage de la poignée de
réglage de hauteur de
dégau
Pour certaines machines la poignée
de réglage de hauteur de la table
d´entrée de dégau devra être
démontée pour des raisons de
transport.
Montage de la poignée:
- Vissez la poignée sur la tige filetée
de la table d´entrée.
Voir photo A.
- Positionnez la pièce d´entraine-
ment M dans la rainure de la poig-
née H et fixez la au support de
dégau avec les 2 vis à six pans.

- Abaissez la table d´entrée avec la
poignée H jusqu´à ce que le vernier
S indique 5 mm.
- Avec une clé à rallonge fixez la vis
d´arrêt P avec la rondelle B de
l´arrière sur la tige filetée jusqu´au
blocage, puis revenez de 1/4 de
tour (sinon la poignée est bloquée).

adjusting handwheel
The joiner height adjusting wheel of
the joiner feed table must be remo-
ved on some machines for trans-
port.
Mounting the handwheel:
-Turn the handwheel H onto the
threaded rod on the joiner feed
table support. See fig. A
-Insert the driver M into the slot of
the handwheel H and screw it to
the joiner support with the two
hexagon head bolts. See fig. B
-Lower the joiner table with the
handwheel H until scale S shows
chip removal of 5 mm.
-Now use a socket wrench with
extension and turn the stopping
screw P with the washer B from
the rear into the threaded spindle
until the stop and then 1/4 turn
back (otherwise the handwheel
binds!)

D6.2- Montage des Abrichthöhen-
verstellhandrades
Bei manchen Maschinen muß das
Abrichthöhenverstellrad des
zuführenden Abrichttisches aus
Transportgründen abmontiert wer-
den.
Montage des Handrades :
- Drehen Sie das Handrad H auf die
Gewindestange am zuf. Abricht-
support. Siehe Abb. A
- Setzen Sie den Mitnehmer M in
die Nut des Handrades H ein und
schrauben Sie ihn am Abrichtsup-
port mit den beiden SKT-Schrau-
ben fest. Siehe Bild B
- Drehen Sie nun den Abnahme -
tisch mit dem Handrad H hinunter
bis die Skala S der Spanabnahme
5mm anzeigt.
- Nun nehmen Sie einen Steck-
schlüssel mit Verlängerung und
drehen die Stopschraube P mit
der Beilagscheibe B von hinten in
die Gewindespindel bis zum
Anschlag ein und danach 1/4
Umdrehung zurück (sonst klemmt
das Handrad!).
