Durant cette opération il est recom-
mandé d´utiliser une butée anti-
recul. Celle-ci est réalisable avec le
guide à 90° du chariot coulissant.
Bloquez ce dernier puis en dépla-
cant dans les rainures du chariot les
2 ecrous en T du guide à 90°, vous
amenez celui-ci à la position sou-
haitée en le bloquant avec les poig-
nées de serrage K.

diriger l´ecrou T formant pivot du
guide 90° des crous additionnels
sont proposés au catalogue
FELDER.)
Amenez la pièce en butée contre le
guide à 90°, voir dessin n° 24, et
engagez doucement la pièce dans
l´outil en rotation jusqu´à ce que
vous soyez en appui contre les gui-
des d´entrée et de sortie soigneuse-
ment alignés au préalable.
Poussez maintenant la pièce
comme pour les opération précé-
dentes de toupillage de chants ou
profils droits.
Pour le toupillage de profils arrêtés
sur de longues pièces, utilisez la ral-
longe de table système FELDER
avec butée anti-recul additionnelle.

F8.4.- Toupillage à l´arbre
Le toupillage à l´arbre est le profila-
ge de chants sur des pièces cin-
trées au guide à billes ou à lunettes.
Pour ces travaux, utilisez le protec-
teur adéquat (voir F7.8).
Cette opération est réalisée si la tail-
le de la pièce le permet, avec l´aide
d´un gabarit réalisé en panneau de
16 mm d´épaisseur.

Move the blocks in the sliding table
grooves to the desired position.
Mount the 90° fence, set it to exact-
ly 90° and slide it laterally up to the
fence straightedge.
Securely tighten the 90° fence with
the clamping levers K and check
that the sliding table is fixed.
Now support the rear edge of the
workpiece on the 90° fence and slo-
wly insert the front part of the work-
piece into the rotating shaper tool.
Once the front portion rests against
the fence straightedge, slowly push
the workpiece forward and proceed
as when normally shaping straigh-
tedges or moldings. For insertion
shaping on long workpieces, use
the System table extension with a
kickback guard. See the FELDER
accessory catalog.

F8.4.- Shaping on the stop ring
Shaping on a stop ring, also known
as curve shaping, is to shape curved
workpieces on the stop ring or stop
collar.
You must use the appropriate stop
ring guard (see section F7.8) for this
task.
This task is usually performed with
templates, if the workpiece size per-
mits. You can also make these tem-
plates yourself e.g., from 16 mm
thick plywood.

Bei diesem Arbeitsgang ist es auch
notwendig eine Rückschlagsicher-
ung zu verwenden. Dazu wird der
90°-Anschlag des Schiebetisches
Ihrer Maschine verwendet.
Verschieben Sie die Nutensteine im
Schiebetisch entlang der Schiebe-
tischnuten bis zur gewünschten
Position .Setzen Sie nun den 90°-
Anschlag auf, stellen ihn auf genau
90° und verschieben ihn seitlich vor
bis zum Fräsanschlaglineal.
Klemmen Sie den 90° Anschlag mit
den Klemmhebeln K nun fest und
prüfen Sie ob der Schiebetisch arre-
tiert ist.
Lassen Sie das Werkstück nun hin-
ten am 90°-Anschlag anschlagen
und tauchen Sie mit dem vorderen
Teil des Werkstückes langsam in
das rotierende Fräswerkzeug ein.
Sobald der vordere Teil am Fräsan-
schlaglineal anliegt schieben Sie das
Werkstück langsam in Bearbei-
tungsrichtung und gehen weiter vor
wie beim normalen Fräsen von gera-
den Längsseiten oder Profilen.
Für Einsetzfräsarbeiten an langen
Werkstücken verwenden Sie die
System-Tischverlängerung mit
Rückschlagsicherung. Siehe
FELDER Zubehörkatalog.
F8.4- Anlauffräsen
Anlauffräsen ,auch als Bogenfräsen
bezeichnet, ist das Fräsen von
geschweiften Werkstücken am
Anlaufring oder Anlaufbrille.
Für diesen Arbeitsgang muß die ent-
sprechende Anlauffrässchutzvor-
richtung(siehe Punkt F7.8) verwen-
det werden.
Dieser Arbeitsgang wird, wo es die
Größe des Werkstückes zulässt
meist mit Schablonen durchgeführt.
Diese Schablonen können Sie auch
selbst ,z.B. aus 16mm starken
Schichtholzplatten herstellen.
