K9.5- Délignéage
Cette opération consiste à effectuer
une coupe droite longitudinale sur
une planche à chant brut, par exp.
pour éliminer l´aubier et réaliser une
coupe de référence.
Montez le sabot de délignéage en
bout du chariot coulissant. Retirez le
chariot à fond et posez la planche à
délignéer dessus.
Poussez la partie avant de la plan-
che contre le sabot et pressez fer-
mement l´autre bout contre le cha-
riot coulissant.
Poussez doucement et régulière-
ment le chariot coulissant jusqu´à ce
que le chant de la planche soit com-
plètement scié.
K9.6- Sciage avec entraineur
Cette opération n´est prévue que
pour des coupes en longueur au
guide parallèle. La machine devra
être adaptée à cette opèration,
c.à.d. l´entraineur devra être
connecté avec la mise en marche et
l´arrêt de la machine.
L´entraineur sera monté sur un
système de dégagement par bas-
culement pour dégager entièrement
la surface de la table, s´il n´est pas
utilisé.

K9.5- Edge trimming
This task trims the rough edge of a
board i.e., it is cut straight.
Mount the trimming shoe to the end
of the sliding table.
Pull the table completely back and
lay the board to be trimmed on it.
Push the front edge of the board
into the trimming shoe and firmly
press the rear end of the board
against the sliding table.
Now push the sliding table forward
until the rough edge of the board is
completely cut off.

K9.6- Cutting with the feed unit
This is only possible for ripping
along the tablesaw fence. The
machine must be equipped to ope-
rate the feed unit i.e., the feed unit
must switch off with the main drive
of the machine.
The feed unit is mounted to the
machine with the tilting support so it
can be tilted under the table surface
when not needed.

K9.5- Besäumschnitte
Bei diesem Arbeitsgang wird die
rohe Seite eines Brettes besäumt,
d.h. gerade abgeschnitten.
Montieren Sie den Besäumschuh
am Ende des Schiebetisches.
Ziehen Sie den Tisch ganz zurück
und legen Sie das zu besäumende
Brett darauf.
Drücken Sie die Vorderkante des
Brettes in den Besäumschuh und
drücken Sie den hinteren Teil des
Brettes fest gegen den Schiebe-
tisch.
Schieben Sie nun den Schiebetisch
vor bis die rohe Seite des Brettes
völlig abgeschnitten ist.
K9.6- Schneiden mit
Vorschubapparat
Dieser Arbeitsgang ist nur bei
Längsschnitten am Kreissägean-
schlag möglich. Die Maschine muß
für den Betrieb mit Vorschubapparat
vorbereitet sein, d.h. der Vorschub-
apparat muß mit dem Hauptantrieb
der Maschine ausschalten .
Der Vorschubapparat wird mit der
Abklappvorrichtung an die Maschine
montiert, sodaß er unter die Tische-
bene abgeklappt werden kann wenn
er nicht benötigt wird.
