B6- Montage de la table de
mortaiseuse
L´ensemble mortaiseuse est livré
entièrement assemblé. L´ensemble
s´accroche au bâti de la machine et
il reste à monter le presseur à vis.
Avant la mise en service, eliminez le
film protecteur par nettoyage.
B7- Utilisation de la mortaiseuse
B7.1- Accrochage de la table de
mortaiseuse
La table de mortaiseuse se démonte
et se remonte facilement.
Attention!!
A la dépose du groupe de mortaisa-
ge et après avoir débloqué les 2
leviers à excentrique K, il y a lieu
d'éviter que le groupe ne bascule
vers l'arrière du fait de son propre
poids.
Veuillez tenir compte des points sui-
vants:
Amenez la table de mortaisage au
milieu du groupe et complètement
sur l'avant vers la machine; bloquez
la dans cette position avec les
butées latérales et de profondeur.
Poussez le groupe vers la machine
pendant que vous débloquez et tirez
vers le haut les 2 leviers à excentri-
que K. Vous pouvez maintenant
déposer le groupe vers l'arrière.
Au montage du groupe, veillez à
bloquer les 2 leviers à excentrique K
avec une force d'un minimum de 25
Nm.Voir photo 1.
Pour faciliter ces opérations il est
prévu en accessoire un chariot sur
lequel le groupe sera monté à
demeure, celui-ci pouvant ainsi être
déplacé sans risques.

B6- Assembling the drilling unit
The drilling unit is completely
assembled at delivery.
The unit is inserted in the machine
base and the rotating hold-down is
mounted.
The preservative must be cleaned
from the unit before use.

B7.1- Mounting the drilling unit
The entire drilling support can be
removed and mounted again quickly
and easily.
Attention!
When unmounting the unit, ensure
that after opening the eccentric
clamping levers K, the drilling unit
cannot tip out of its mount from its
own weight.
Therefore observe the following
points:
Move the drilling table to the rear-
most, center position and clamp it in
this position with the lateral stops
and the depth stop.
Press the drilling assembly against
the machine base while opening
both eccentric clamping levers K
and lift upwards.
Now the drilling unit can be remo-
ved rearwards.
When mounting the drilling unit, be
sure the clamping levers K are tight-
ly closed. Minimum torque 25 Nm.

For easier and faster mounting and
removal of the drilling unit, you can
order an accessory wagon on which
the unit remains mounted and can
be easily rolled away.

einheit
Die Bohreinheit wird in komplett
zusammengebauten Zustand gelie-
fert.
Die Einheit wird am Maschinenstän-
der angekoppelt und der Drehnie-
derhalter wird montiert.
Die Einheit muß vor Inbetriebnahme
nur noch von dem Konservierungs-
mittel gereinigt werden.
B7- Bedienung der Bohreinheit
B7.1- Ankoppeln der Bohreinheit
Der gesamte Bohrsupport kann
schnell und einfach abgenommen
und wieder montiert werden.
Achtung !
Beim Demontieren der Einheit müs-
sen Sie darauf achten, daß die Boh-
reinheit nach dem Öffnen der
Exzenterklemmhebel K durch ihr
Eigengewicht aus der Verankerung
kippt. Halten Sie darum folgende
Punkte ein :
Bringen sie den Bohrtisch in die hin-
terste, mittlere Stellung und klem-
men ihn in dieser Position mit den
Längsanschlägen und dem Tie-
fenanschlag fest.
Drücken Sie den Bohrsupport
gegen den Maschinenständer
während Sie die beiden Exzenter-
klemmhebel K aufdrehen und nach
oben anheben. Nun kann die Boh-
reinheit nach hinten abgenommen
werden.
Beim Ankoppeln der Bohreinheit
achten Sie darauf daß die Klemmhe-
bel K fest geklemmt sind.
Mindestanzugsmoment 25 Nm.

bleibt und bequem weggefahren
werden kann
