D6- Montage de l´ensemble
dégau-rabot
L´ensemble dégau-rabot pour
d´éventuelles raisons de transport,
devra être plus ou moins démonté.
Suivez les instructions suivantes
dans le cas de démontage/rémonta-
ge.
Eliminez le film de protection par
nettoyage de tous les éléments
usinés tels que les tables, abres de
rabot etc.

d´entretien figurent au catalogue

D6.1- Montage de la table
d´éntrée
de dégauchisseuse
Sur les BF6-26,31,41, enlevez la tôle
noire de fonction entre les tables de
scie et de dégauchisseuse.
Enlevez les 2 vis six pans S du sup-
port de dégauchisseuse. Posi-
tionnez de l´arrière la table verticla-
ment sur le support de dégauchis-
seuse en retirant le verrou de bloca-
ge R, puis abaissez la.

Fixez l´axe de pivot avec les 2 vis à
six pans S M10x40, joncs M10 et
rondelles M10 du support de
dégauchisseuse.

Les machines d´une largeur de tra-
vail de 410 mm sont pourvues d´un
relevage de table assisté par vérins
à gaz.
Relevez la table jusqu´à enclenche-
ment du verrouillage R. Pour fixer le
vérin retirez le verrou R pour que la
table puisse aller au delà de 90° afin
de pouvoir engager la fixation du
vérin H et la bloquer avec le boulon
G.

D6- Assembling the joiner-
planer unit
The joiner-planer unit must be
disassembled to some degree for
transport depending on the type of
transport.
Please read through the following
instructions before assembling the
unit as required. Remove the pro-
tective film from all unpainted parts
(e.g. table surfaces, planer arbor,
etc.) and clean them. Refer to the
FELDER accessory catalog for sui-
table cleaning and care products!
D6.1- Mounting the joiner
feed table
On the BF6-26,31,41 remove the
black sheet metal cover between
the sawtable and joiner tables.
Remove both hexagon head bolts S
from the joiner support. Lift the joi-
ner table in the vertical position from
the rear into the joiner support while
retracting the blocking bolt R, then
lower the table into the horizontal.

Now screw the hinge shaft securely
to the joiner support with the two
hexagon head bolts S M8x40, retai-
ning rings M8 and washers M8. See
fig.2

On machines with a working width
of 410 mm, the tables are opened
with the aid of pneumatic springs.
Open the table until the locking bolt
spring R snaps into place.
To mount the pneumatic spring, pull
back the locking bolt spring R and
open the table greater than 90° until
the pneumatic spring holder H is in
a position where it can be bolted to
the joiner table with the bolt G.

D6- Zusammenbau der Abricht-
Dickteneinheit
Die Abricht-Dickteneinheit muß aus
Transportzwecken je nach Trans-
portart mehr oder weniger zerlegt
werden.
Gehen Sie bitte folgende Anweisun-
gen durch und bauen Sie die Einheit
falls zutreffend danach zusammen.
Befreien Sie alle blanken Teile (z.B.
Tischflächen, Hobelwelle etc.) vor
dem Zusammenbau vom Konservie-
rungsmittel und reinigen Sie sie.
Geeignete Reinigungs und Pflege-
mittel finden Sie im FELDER-
Zubehörkatalog !
D6.1- Montieren des zuführenden
Abrichttisches
Bei BF6-26,31,41 entfernen Sie das
schwarzeTischfugenblech zwischen
Kreissägetisch und Abrichttischen.
Entfernen Sie die beiden Sechskant-
schrauben S vom Abrichtsupport.
Heben Sie den Abrichttisch in auf-
geklappter Stellung von hinten in
den Abrichtsupport während Sie
den Sicherungsriegel R zurückzie-
hen und klappen Sie ihn nieder.

Schrauben Sie nun die Scharnier-
welle mit den zwei Sechskant-
schrauben S M10x40, Sprengringe
M10 und Beilagscheiben M10 am
Abrichtsupport fest. Siehe Abb. 2

Bei Maschinen mit einer Arbeitsbrei-
te von 410mm wird die Tischauf-
klappung mit Gasfedern unterstützt.
Klappen Sie den Tisch auf bis die
Riegelzugfeder R einrastet.
Zum Einhängen der Gasfeder ziehen
Sie die Riegelzugfeder R zurück und
klappen den Tisch etwas über 90°
auf, bis der Gasfedernhalter H in
einer Position ist wo er am Abricht-
tisch mit der Schraube G festge-
schraubt werden kann.
