S2- Montage du chariot
coulissant à format

Déposez le chariot par démontage
des equerres de transport ou en
retirant les cales de transpot .
Nettoyez soigneusement les rails de
guidage du chariot et des rails de
roulement.
Ces guides ne devront en aucun cas
être graissés ou huilés !!!!
Pour faciliter le montage du chariot
coulissant, il est recommandé sui
vant la longueur du chariot d'être à
2
ou 3 personnes.
- Démontez la poignée d'arrêt H en
dévissant l'écrou M2. Démontez de
même la butée E en déserrant les
vis S1 et en retenant , dans le
même mouvement, les écrous M1.

- Assemblez les barrettes à roule-
ments W dans le support en tôle
correspondant B.
Le nombre de galets varie selon les
différentes versions de longueur de
chariot!
Contrôlez si les racloirs sont bien
fixés sur les barrettes de roulement
et si aucun galet ne manque. Voir
Photo C.
- Engagez l'ensemble cage à roule-
ment B-W jusqu'à sa mi-longueur
sur les rails de roulement G. Voir
Photo D.
- Maintenant faites glisser le chariot
S sur les rails de roulement G de
quelques cm. Voir Photo E.
- Pendant que vous glissez le cha-
riot S sur les rails de roulement G
contrôlez si les galets de roulement
glissent proprement entre les rails
de roulement et le chariot coulis-
sant. Voir photo F.
- Maintenant faites glisser entière-
ment le chariot sur les rails et mon-
tez de nouveau la butée E à l'aide
des vis S1 et des écrous M1. Voir

S2- Assembling the
panel sliding table

First remove the table from the
machine by unscrewing it from the
transport angles, or by pulling out
the transport wedges .
Thoroughly clean the steel guide
bars on the sliding table and on the
bed track.
Never grease or oil the guides !!!!
To assemble the sliding tale effort-
lessly a man power of 2 - 3 is
necessary.
- Dismount the locking lever H by
loosening the nut M2
Dismount the length stop E by loo-
sening the screws S1 and simulta-
neously holding of nuts M1

- Put the roller cages W into the
cage plate B. The number of roller
cages varies depending on the
length of the sliding table.
Make sure that the cleaners sit
tight in the roller cage and that all
steel rollers are in the cage.

- Slide the cage plate B together
with the roller cages W half way on
the guiding tracks G of the sliding
table base. See picture D.
- Move the sliding table S over the
roller cages W and then slide it a
few inches over the guiding tracks
G of the sliding table base.

- Whilst you are sliding the table S
onto the base G, make sure that all
roller cages go smoothly between
base and sliding table.

- Slide the table fully onto the base
and mount the length stop E with
the screws S1 and nuts M1 back
on the base.

Formatschiebetisches

Nehmen Sie den Tisch zuerst von
der Maschine durch Abschrauben
von den Transportwinkeln oder
durch Ausziehen der Transport-
keile .
Reinigen Sie nun die Stahlführungs-
schienen am Schiebetisch und an
der Grundbahn gründlich .
Führungen niemals einfetten oder
ölen !!!!
Zur mühelosen Montage des Schie-
betisches sind je nach Schnittlän-
genvariante 2-3 Mann notwendig.
- Montieren Sie den Arretierhebel H
durch Öffnen der Mutter M2 ab.
Demontieren Sie den Endan-
schlagbacken E durch Öffnen der
Schrauben S1 und gleichzeitigem
Gegenhalten der Muttern M1.

- Hängen Sie die Walzenkäfige W im
Käfigblech B ein.
Die Anzahl der Walzenkäfige ist je
nach Schiebetischvariante ver-
schieden !
Achten Sie darauf daß die Abstrei-
fer fest auf den Walzenkäfigen sit-
zen und die Stahlrollenanzahl in
den einzelnen Walzenkäfigen kom-
plett ist. Siehe Abb. C
- Fädeln Sie nun das Käfigblech B
mit den Walzenkäfigen W bis zur
Hälfte auf die Führungen G der
Grundbahn auf .Siehe Abb. D
- Fädeln Sie nun den Schiebetisch S
über die Walzenkäfige W und
schieben ihn einige cm.über die
Führungen der Grundbahn G .

- Während Sie den Schiebetisch S
weiter auf die Grundbahn G auf-
schieben beachten Sie, daß die
folgenden Walzenkäfige W sauber
zwischen Grundbahn und Schie-
betisch eingefädelt werden. Abb. F
- Nun schieben Sie den Schiebe-
tisch komplett auf die Grundbahn
auf und montieren den Endan-
schlagbacken E mit den Isk-
Schrauben S1 und den Muttern
M1 wieder auf die Grundbahn auf.
