The Japanese Teppan-Yaki is equipped with a thermostat heating element and by using the
knob, one can control the temperature ranging from 50 °C (122 °F) - position 1 to 250 °C
(482 °F) - position 6. As soon as the temperature reaches its peak, the green indicator light
switches off.

position 2 = 90 °C (194 °F)
Heat the grill until the desired temperature is reached.

Lightly dab the surface of the grill with (vegetable) oil before putting in the food
