(0.001 ~ 0.002 in)
Crankshaft inspection
1. Measure:
9 Crankshaft runout
Out of specification ® Replace the
crankshaft.
Crankshaft runout limit:
0.03 mm (0.0012 in)
Camshaft inspection
1. Inspect:
9 Camshaft
9 Decompressor
9 Camshaft gear teeth
Wear/Damage/Crack ® Replace.
9 Weight and pin
Unsmooth operation ® Replace.
