Use low-tack tape to hold the wing panels together while the
epoxy cures. Place tape on both the top and bottom of the
wing. Check to make sure the wing panels are aligned with
each other while the epoxy cures.
Fixieren Sie die beiden Tragfl ächenhälften mit Kreppband
während der Klebstoff trocknet. Kleben Sie das Klebeband
auf die Ober- und Unterseite der Tragfl äche und prüfen ob
die Tragfl äche weiter korrekt ausgerichtet ist.
Utilisez de l'adhésif de masquage pour maintenir les 2
panneaux d'aile durant le séchage de la colle Epoxy. Placez
l'adhésif sur le dessus et le dessous de l'aile. Bien contrôler
que les 2 panneaux sont alignés avant le séchage de la
colle.
Usare del nastro a bassa adesività per tenere insieme le due
semiali intanto che la colla si indurisce. Mettere il nastro
sia sopra che sotto l'ala. Intanto che la colla si asciuga,
verifi care che le due semiali siano allineate fra di loro.

Once the epoxy fully cures, remove the tape applied to the wing. Slide the wing mounting bolts through the wing bolt plate
from the fl at side of the plate. Insert the bolts into the holes at the trailing edge of the wing from the bottom of the wing. This
will align the wing bolt plate in the correct position for the following steps. Bend the plate so it fi ts the dihedral angle of the
wing.
Entfernen Sie nach dem Trocknen des Klebstoffes das Kreppband von der Tragfl äche. Schieben Sie die Tragfl ächenschrauben
durch die fl ache Seite der Halteplatte und dann in die hintere untere Öffnung. Biegen Sie dann die Platte entsprechend der
V-Form der Fläche.
Une fois le séchage terminé, retirez l'adhésif de masquage. Glissez les vis de fi xation d'aile dans la platine de renfort et
insérez les vis par le dessous dans les trous situés au niveau du bord de fuite de l'aile. Cela permet de placer la platine pour
les étapes suivantes. Pliez la platine pour suivre le dièdre de l'aile.
Quando la colla è completamente asciutta, togliere il nastro messo prima. Inserire le viti di fi ssaggio dell'ala nella piastra di
unione dal suo lato piatto. Inserire poi le viti nei fori che si trovano sul bordo di uscita, dalla parte inferiore dell'ala. Questo
permetterà di allineare la piastrina nella posizione corretta per i passi seguenti. Piegare la piastrina in modo che prenda la
forma del diedro alare.
The wing bolt plate is designed to snap slightly when bending it to the dihedral angle.

Use a felt-tipped pen to trace the outline of the wing bolt
plate onto the covering on the bottom of the wing. Remove
the wing bolt plate and hardware from the wing.
Markieren Sie mit einem Faserstift die Umrisse der Platte.
Nehmen Sie die Platte mit den Schrauben wieder ab.
Utilisez un feutre fi n pour tracer le contour de la platine de
renfort sur l'entoilage du dessous de l'aile. Retirez la platine
et les vis de l'aile.
Usare un pennarello per tracciare il contorno della piastrina
sul rivestimento inferiore dell'ala. Poi togliere dall'ala la
piastrina e le viti.
