Fit the left wing panel into position on the joiner. The wing
panels will fi t tightly together without any gaps. If there are
gaps, use medium grit sandpaper to lightly sand the wing
joiner until the wing panels fi t together without any gaps.
Schieben Sie die linke Tragfl ächenhälfte in Position.
Beide Flächenhälften müssen sauber ohne Lücken
zusammenpassen. Sollte ein Spalt sichtbar sein, schleifen
Sie mit mittleren Schleifpapier den Verbinder so an, dass
keine Lücke mehr sichtbar ist.
Glissez le panneau gauche en position sur la clé d'aile. Les
deux panneaux d'aile doivent parfaitement se rejoindre. Si
un écart est présent entre les 2 panneaux, utilisez du papier
abrasif médium pour poncer légèrement afi n de supprimer
cet écart.
Posizionare anche la semiala sinistra. Le due semiali devono
combaciare perfettamente senza lasciare spazi o fessure. Se
ci fossero fessure, bisogna carteggiare il legno di unione fi no
a che le due semiali si uniscono senza fessure.

Separate the wing panels and remove the wing joiner. Wrap a piece of low-tack tape around the panels roughly 3/8 inch (10mm) from the root rib of the wing panels. This will help prevent
getting epoxy on the wings while joining the panels together.
Nehmen Sie die Tragfl ächenhälften wieder auseinander und entfernen den Verbinder. Kleben Sie einen Streifen Kreppband im Abstand von 10mm zur Flächenwurzel um die Tragfl äche. Dieses
verhindert das Epoxy bei dem Kleben auf die Tragfl äche kommt.
Séparez les 2 panneaux d'ailes et retirez la clé. Entourez les panneaux d'aile d'une bande d'adhésif de masquage placé à 10mm de l'emplanture de l'aile. Cela permet d'éviter la projection de
colle époxy sur les ailes lors de l'assemblage des 2 panneaux.
Separare le due semiali e togliere il legno di unione. Avvolgere un pezzo di nastro a bassa adesività intorno all'ala a circa 10mm dalla centina che si trova alla radice. Questo eviterà che della
colla epoxy possa depositarsi sull'ala quando si uniscono le due semiali.
Make sure to work quickly so the epoxy does not begin to set before the wing panels are in position. We recommend working through the process before mixing any epoxy.
Bitte arbeiten Sie hier zügig so dass der Klebstoff nicht zu trocknen beginnt bevor die Flächenhälften in Position sind. Zum
besseren Einschätzen des Zeitaufwandes kann hier eine Trockenübung ohne Klebstoff hilfreich sein.
Cette étape devra être rapidement réalisée afin que le séchage de la colle Epoxy ne débute pas avant que les 2 panneaux d'aile soit en
position. Nous vous recommandons de répéter le processus d'assemblage avant d'effectuer le mélange de la colle Epoxy.
Bisogna lavorare velocemente per evitare che la colla inizi a indurirsi prima che le due semiali siano perfettamente
allineate. Noi consigliamo di fare tutte le prove prima di miscelare la colla epoxy.
