Scope of Delivery

The delivery contents include:
• Various products according to the order. Please consult the shipping
documents to make sure that the delivery is complete.
• 1 set of assembly instructions for the electrical transverse conveyor
EQ 1/T, EQ 1/TE.
3.1

Delivery condition

• Preassembled BS 1/T or BS 1 belt sections, each accompanied by
assembly instructions for the BS 1/T or BS 1 belt section. The motor with
associated fastening material is included separately.
• Preassembled HQ 1/O lift transverse unit; the housing element with
associated fastening material is included separately.
• Components for the workpiece pallet circuit must be ordered separately.

Performance description

Use of the electrical transverse conveyor EQ 1/T, EQ 1/TE:
• As a transverse conveyor of WT 1 workpiece pallets between two parallel
longitudinal sections with a section distance a > 320 mm.
• Suitable for use with ESD applications.
• Accumulation operation is permissible on the belt section.
• Reversible operation is permissible.
Electrical transverse conveyor EQ 1/T, EQ 1/TE version:
• Section load up to 30 kg.
• Lifting cylinder D = 25 mm; full cylinder travel: 13 mm.
• Motor mounting at right (MA = R) or left (MA = L),
also center (MA = M) for b = 160 mm.
• The lift transverse units are driven by the belt section.
• Conductive (ZA = A) or non-conductive version (ZA = N).
