Disassembly and Exchange

WARNING
High electrical voltage!
Danger of severe injuries or death due to electric shock.
Make sure the relevant system component is not under pressure or

voltage before performing any maintenance or repair work.
 Protect the system against being switched on.
High pneumatic pressure!
Danger of severe injuries or death.
Switch off the compressed air supply on the relevant system

component before performing any maintenance or repair work.
Protect the system against being switched on.

Lifted loads may fall!
Falling objects may result in severe injuries (or even death).
Always use lifting equipment with a suffi ciently high load bearing

capacity (see the shipping documents for product weight).
Before lifting the product, make sure that the carrying straps are

correctly fastened!
Secure the product to prevent toppling while lifting!

Make sure that no one is in the danger area when raising and

lowering, with the exception of the operator!
11.1 Preparing the electrical transverse conveyor
EQ 1/T, EQ 1/TE for storage/reuse
• Only store the product on a fl at surface.
• For a belt section with an assembled motor: Support the belt section so
that there is no load on the motor.
• Protect the product against environmental infl uences such as
contamination and humidity.
• Protect the product against mechanical infl uences.
• Observe the environmental conditions.
