1. Screw out the headless
setscrew (O), to obtain the
largest possible movement on
the tensioning device.
2. Mount the HQ 1/O lift
transverse unit in the ST 1
section from below and pre-
tighten it with only "0" Nm.
Please note:
• The HQ 1/O lift transverse unit
should be aligned and level at
right angles and parallel to the
axis in the ST 1 section. This
ensures correct functioning and
prevents premature wear.
• Align the lift transverse unit with
the transverse section.
• Test its function using a WT 1
workpiece pallet.
3. Completely tighten the screws
on the lift transverse unit and
the transverse section.
4. Relieve the tensioning device
on the lift transverse unit
by pressing it toward the
transverse section.
5. Place the toothed belt (E) of the
lift transverse unit on the rear
return roller of the attachment
kit.
6. Carefully release the tensioning
device: the toothed belt (E) is
being tensioned.
7. Place the toothed belt (F) on
the drive roller and the front
return roller of the attachment
kit.
8. Tension the toothed belt (F) by
shifting the return roller in the
slotted hole of the holding plate
(M).
9. Limit the spring defl ection
of the tensioning device by
screwing in and locking the
headless setscrew (O).
The toothed belt must not
slide from the toothed belt
wheels during tensioning device
movement.
