Configuring user rights
Set the user rights for the user account. To exercise the respective user rights, the right
user login is required. See

12.8.3 Country settings
The country settings (language and country-specific settings such as date format and
decimal point) are set by the setup program when creating a setup file from the text
library.
A country can be set to another position in the list ( "Language sort"). The country settings
in the list are sent to the device and are given for the language selection to choose from.
