10.2.3.2 Zero point calibration
Fig. 63: For manually changing the redox value of the test solution, push the button (1)
1.
Make sure that the calibration presets are set correctly.
2.
Start the zero point calibration.
Device menu è Calibration è Select analysis input for pH/Redox/NH3 è Calibrate
zero point
3.
Verify that the "Redox test solution" is the redox value of the test solution.
The "Redox test solution" value is taken from the calibration presets.
This can be changed manually. (See Fig. 63.)
4.
Clean the redox electrode and dip it in the test solution.
Wait for a stable reading display, and confirm the measurement result with "OK"
5.
The system generates a summary log of the determined calibration values.
Acknowledge the log with "OK".
Failed calibrations are cancelled at this point and discarded.
6.
Select "Yes" to assume the determined calibration values and log the calibration.
Select "No" to discard them.
10.2.4
CR calibration measurement (conductivity, conductive)
Cr-sensors are calibrated by measuring test solutions with defined electrolytic conductivity
or by simulating a defined conductivity by clamping a corresponding simulation resistance
on the probe.
Since the conductivity of liquids is temperature dependent, you need to measure the
temperature at the measuring point. This is done either by manual input or by using a
temperature sensor.
'Versatronic' sets automatic temperature compensation, thus the current temperature is
therefore automatically recorded during the calibration and offset.
To perform calibrations, you must be an authorised user.
