8.5.4.8 Overrange acknowledge parameter menu
In this menu, the Overrange latching can be enabled or disabled and channels for
acknowledging a Overrange latching can be added or removed.
Prerequisite for acknowledgement via input channels:
– The REGARD 3000 is connected to a REGARD 7000.
– There is a Digital Input Module in the REGARD 7000.
Over range can always be acknowledged via the Display Unit.
To activate Overrange latching:
1. Select the Overrange latching check box.
Channels can only be added if Overrange latching is selected.
If Overrange latching is disabled, all added channels are automatically removed
from the list.
To add a channel:
1. Select
 A list of channels is displayed depending on the channel filter setting.
2. Select and confirm the desired channels.
To remove a channel:
1. Select the check box of the channel. If necessary, enable multiple channels for
removal.
2. Select
An input channel must only be used for acknowledgement of the over range of a
single measuring channel.
8.5.4.9 Inhibit parameter menu
In this menu various channels can be selected via which the current channel can be
inhibited.
Prerequisite:
– The REGARD 3000 is connected to a REGARD 7000.
– There is a Digital Input Module in the REGARD 7000.
The channel can always be blocked via the Display Unit or the Digital Input
inputs on the Docking Station and does not need to be configured.
To add a channel:
1. Select
 A list of channels is displayed depending on the channel filter setting.
2. Select and confirm the desired channels.
