Updating the Display Unit firmware

This function can be used to update the Display Unit firmware. During the update,
no channel display is available on the Display Unit , but the REGARD 3000 system
remains operational.
CAUTION
Damage to the Display Unit
An unexpected interruption during the update (e.g. due to a power cut) may result in
the Display Unit ceasing to function.
► Follow the directions of the update wizard.
Prerequisite:
– A USB stick with the new firmware is available.
The USB stick must be formatted with FAT32.
Contact Dräger Service for the current firmware.
1. Select
 The update wizard is started.
2. Plug a USB stick with the new firmware into the USB port of the Display Unit.
3. Follow the directions of the wizard.
