(with a soft brush and solvent)
2. Inspect:
9 Propeller shaft housing
Cracks/damage → Replace.

9 Needle bearing
Needle bearing depth a:
0 mm (0 in)
Driver rod 1:

Needle bearing attachment 2:
90890-06616
NOTE:
Install the needle bearing with its manufac-
b facing up.

9 Oil seals
Oil seal depth a:
4.5 ~ 5.0 mm (0.18 ~ 0.20 in)
Oil seal installer 1:
(Needle bearing attachment)

First, fully install the lower oil seal and
then the upper.
