DISMANTELING AND
DISPOSAL OF THE
MACHINE
SCHNELL machines do not require
particular procedures for disposal,
since 90% (in weight) of the
machines consists of recyclable
materials.
Nonetheless, follow the general
rules below:
1 - Disconnect the machine from
all energy sources.
2 - Drain and collect the remaining
oil and dispose of it in
accordance with current local
laws.
3 - Render
the
inoperative and impossible to
use by breaking a number of
vital machine organs and
transfer it to a safe place where
nobody can gain access to it.
4 - Use
the
same
mechanisms as are indicated
in the chapter TRANSPORT
AND PLACEMENT.
5 - Break the latches on the doors
of the machine and of the
enclosures where persons or
animals could get trapped.
6 - To dispose of the machine,
separate the non-polluting
material from the polluting
material
(oils,
accumulators,
insulating
materials, plastic materials,
rubber, etc.).
SMALTIMENTO
DELLA MACCHINA
Le macchine della SCHNELL non
necessitano di particolari attenzioni
per lo smaltimento delle stesse
perché più del 90% (in peso) è
costituito da materiali riciclabili.
In ogni caso seguire le seguenti
regole generali:
1 - Scollegare la macchina da
qualsiasi forma di energia.
2 - Raccogliere l'olio residuo e
smaltirlo nel rispetto delle
vigenti leggi locali.

3 - Rendere
inoperativa ed impossibile da
utilizzare rompendo alcuni
organi vitali della macchina e
trasportarla in altro luogo dove
con certezza non sia disponibile
ad alcuno.

4 - Utilizzare idonei mezzi di
sollevamento come indicato nel
capitolo TRASPORTO E
POSIZIONAMENTO.
5 - Rompere le serrature degli
armadi e dei ripari in cui
persone o animali potrebbero
rimanere intrappolati.
6 - Per smaltire la macchina
separare i materiali non
inquinanti da quelli inquinanti
