LUBRICATION OF THE
STRAIGHTENER (EVERY
150 WORK HOURS)
After carefully cleaning the
straightener according to the
instructions provided in the
"Cleaning" chapter, proceed to
lubricate, in particular the joints
and the wheel slideways.
CAUTION !
Avoid using lubricants which tend
to fix calamines (oils and greases).
Use only "dry lubricants" with
molybdenum bisulphide base.
MANDREL AND BENDING
PIN LUBRICATION(EVERY 8
WORK HOURS)
Disassemble and clean all the
mandrels and bending pins with
Diesel oil, then dry, lubricate and
remount them.
LUBRIFICAZIONE DEL
RADDRIZZATORE
(OGNI 150 ORE DI LAVORO)
Dopo aver effettuato un'accurata
pulizia del raddrizzatore secondo
quanto visto nel capitolo "Pulizia",
procedere alla lubrificazione, in
particolare negli snodi e nelle guide
di scorrimento delle ruote.
AVVERTENZA !
Evitare l'uso di lubrificanti che
tendono a fissare la calamina
(come olii e grassi). Usare
esclusivamente "lubrificanti a
secco" (Dry grass) a base di
bisolfuro di molibdeno.
LUBRIFICAZIONE
MANDRINO E PERNO
PIEGANTE
(OGNI 8 ORE DI LAVORO)
Smontare e pulire con gasolio tutti
i mandrini ed i perni pieganti in
dotazione, di seguito asciugare,
lubrificare e rimontare.
