Reconnect the machine to the
power supply as described above.
Again check that the LED KA1
located inside the electric panel is
on and subsequently operation of
the rod-insertion wheel.
At this point, the machine is ready;
return the MAN./PROG./AUT.
selector to the central "PROG"
position.
After having set the chosen
diameter to be worked, follow the
steps below:
MOUNTING THE TOOLS
WARNING!
Remove the key from the control
panel and keep it personally during
these operations.
WARNING!
Before re-starting the machine,
correctly re-mount and tighten all
parts which have been removed
and check that they are in the right
position.
WARNING!
Be careful not to lose the screws
securing the tools. In case of
replacement, remember these
must be class 12 K (high
resistance). The use of inadequate
screws can cause damage and be
dangerous.
Ridare tensione alla macchina
come visto in precedenza.
Verificare
nuovamente
l'accensione del diodo led KA1
posto all'interno del quadro elettrico
e successivamente, l'azionamento
della ruota inesrimento tondino.
A questo punto la macchina è
pronta; riposizionare il selettore
MAN./PROG./AUT.sulla posizione
centrale "PROG.".
Dopo aver effettuato la scelta del
diametro da lavorare seguire le
seguenti fasi operative:
MONTAGGIO
DEGLI UTENSILI
ATTENZIONE !
Togliere le chiavi dalla consolle e
custodirla personalmente durante
queste operazioni.
ATTENZIONE !
Prima di riavviare la macchina,
rimontare e serrare correttamente
tutti gli organi smontati e verificare
che siano nel verso giusto.
ATTENZIONE !
Non smarrire le viti che fissano gli
utensili. In caso di sostituzione
ricordarsi che devono essere di
classe 12 K (ad alta resistenza).
L'uso di viti inadeguate può
causare danni e pericolo.
