1 - CHECK THE CONNECTION
OF
THE
TRACTION,
BENDING AND SHIFTING
ENCODER PLUG
(EVERY450 WORK HOURS)
Carefully check tightness of the
retaining ring nuts of the traction
encoder,
bending
translation connectors. If these
are not properly tightened,
screw them down further until
perfectly tight.
2 - CHECK THE CONNECTION
OF THE TACHOMETRIC
GENERATOR PLUG FOR
THE TRACTION, BENDING
AND SHIFTING MOTORS
(EVERY450 WORK HOURS)
With a pair of pliers check that
the lock-nut of the plug of the
tachometric generator for the
traction, bending and shifting
motors is tight. If it is not tight,
tighten it.
3 - INSPECTION
OF
SAFETY MICROSWITCHES
(EVERY 450 WORK HOURS)
Proceed as follows:
- Position the "Man./Prog./
Aut." switch in the Aut." position.

Verificare con attenzione il
serraggio delle ghiere di
and
fissaggio
encoder di traino, piega e
traslazione. Se questo non è
corretto avvitarle ulteriormente
fino ad un perfetto serraggio.
2 - CONTROLLO SERRAGGIO
CONNETTORE
TACHIMETRICA
MOTORI: TRAINO-PIEGA
(OGNI 450 ORE DI LAVORO)
Verificare con una pinza il
serraggio delle ghiere di
fissaggio dei connettori dinamo
tachimetrica di traino, piega e
traslazione; se non sono ben
serrate avvitarle ulteriormente
fino ad un perfetto serraggio.

Operare come segue:
- Posizionare il selettore
"Man./Prog./Aut." in posizione
"Aut.".
