To replace the following parts, first
of all remove the rod.
Before tightening, clean the
toothing with compressed air or a
metal brush, if necessary.
8 - TURN THE TRACTION AND
MEASURING WHEELS ON
THEIR OWN AXIS
(EVERY 150 HOURS OF
OPERATION)
Turn the wheels on their own
axis so that they wear evenly.
9- INSPECTION OF DRIVE AND
MEASURE WHEELS (EVERY
38 WORK HOURS)
Check the state of wear of the
drive and measure wheels. In
case of excess wear, these
must be replaced.
Precise lengths of bar depend
on the good condition of the
measuring wheel; therefore, if
it is worn, replace it.
10 - REPLACING
MEASURING WHEEL
To replace the measuring or
pressure wheels, do as follows:
a - Unscrew the two screws
from the wheel fixing disk.
ATTENZIONE !
Per la sostituzione degli organi
che
seguono
preventivamente l'estrazione del
tondino.
Prima di serrare pulire le dentature
con aria compressa o spazzola
metallica, se necessario.

E DI MISURA
(OGNI 150 ORE DI LAVORO)
Girare le ruote sul proprio asse
per uniformare il consumo
9- VERIFICA DELLE RUOTE DI
TRAINO E DI MISURA
(OGNI 38 ORE DI LAVORO)
Controllare lo stato di usura
delle ruote di traino e di misura.
Nel caso di usura eccessiva,
provvedere alla loro sostituzione.
La precisione delle lunghezze
dei prodotti dipende dal buon
stato della ruota di misura;
pertanto se è usurata sostituirla.

10 - SOSTITUZIONE
RUOTA DI MISURA
La sostituzione della ruota di
misura o di pressione va
eseguita nel seguente modo:
a - Svitare le due viti a testa
svasata della rondella
ferma-ruota.
