12 - CHECKING AND POSSIBLE
REPLACEMENT
STRAIGHTENING WHEELS
(EVERY 38 WORK HOURS)
Check the state of wear of the
straightener wheels. If this is
excessive, proceed as follows:
a – Pressure wheel.
Unscrew the retaining screws
and extract the wheel plus the
shaft, then replace the wheel
with a new one operating in
reverse order.
b - Adjustment wheel.
Loosen the two screws and
remove
the

12 - VERIFICA ED EVENTUALE
OF
SOSTITUZIONE
RUOTE DI RADDRIZZATURA
(OGNI 38 ORE DI LAVORO)
Verificare lo stato di usura
delle ruote dei raddrizzatori.
Nel caso risulti eccessiva
operare come segue:
a - Ruota di pressione.
Svitare le viti di fermo ed
estrarre la ruota più l'albero,
quindi sostituire la ruota con
una nuova operando in
maniera inversa.
b - Ruota di regolazione.
Svitare le due viti ed estrarre la
wheel.
