TROUBLESHOOTING
The machine is preset to
automatically signal the principal
failures that can be verified during
its function by the alarm messages,
which can be consulted through
the operative computer. In some
situations, failures can however
also occur before the machine is
switched on or when it is operating.
Consequently this troubleshooting
table has been written.
In the following table you will find a
checklist to follow in order to avoid
the respective, possible and
common types of failures and to
eliminate their causes.

Execute the operations strictly
when the machine is switched off
and disconnected from the sources
of energy
(power supply and
pneumatic energy).

La macchina è predisposta per
segnalare automaticamente le
principali anomalie che si possono
verificare
durante
funzionamento,
mediante
messaggi di allarme consultabili
attraverso il terminale operativo.
In alcune situazioni, tuttavia, si
possono verificare anche anomalie
prima dell'accensione o a
macchina funzionante. A tale
scopo è stata redatta questa
ricerca guasti.
Nella tabella che segue vengono
presentati possibili casi generici di
anomalie con il rispettivo elenco
dei controlli da effettuare per
rimuovere le cause.
