damaged, replace it.

The blade is to be considered used
when cutting is jagged and the
blade itself appears deformed.

Working with a blade with a ruined
cutting
edge
significantly
increases the force applied to the
fixed blade. This does not cause it
to break immediately but it surely
shortens its life, and invites
breakage

Replace the blade at least every
900 work hours whatever its
condition.

Controllare lo stato di usura

danneggiato sostituirlo.
AVVERTENZA !
Il coltello si considera rovinato
quando si ottiene un taglio sbavato
e/o il coltello stesso appare
deformato sul tagliente.
ATTENZIONE !
Lavorare con un coltello dal
t a g l i e n t e r o v i n a t o a u m e n t a
notevolmente lo sforzo di taglio
che si scarica sul coltello fisso
portando quest'ultimo alla rottura
non immediata, ma ne abbrevia
sicuramente la durata, avvenendo
fatigue.

Sostituire il coltello quindi almeno
