- One after the other, open the
moving covers or the doors
protected by microswitches
in accordance with the
diagram shown in the
SAFETY
MEASURES
chapter.
- Depending on which doors
have been opened, the
machine will send a different
message, but in any case,
opening will have to be
detected by the computer. If
it is not, then the circuit is
faulty.
Immediately contact the
SCHNELL after-sales service
and interrupt machine use.
- If the results of the operation
are positive (i.e., opening has
been detected and signalled
by the computer) re-establish
machine operation, closing
the open guard and move the
"Man./Prog./Aut." switch from
"Aut." to "Prog." and vice
versa.
- Repeat the same operation
for each microswitch.
4 - CHECKING THE EARTH
(EVERY 1800 HOURS OF
OPERATION)
The client must at his expense
have
the
appropriate
measurements taken by
specialised personnel using
special instruments to check
full efficiency of the earthing
system and the connection of
each part making up the
machine
(accessories
included) or system. If required
by the local regulations in force,
have qualified personnel issue
the appropriate certification.
- Aprire alternativamente una

- A seconda degli sportelli
aperti la macchina invierà un
messaggio differente ma in
ogni caso l'apertura dovrà
essere rilevata dal computer.
Se così non fosse significa
che il circuito è in avaria.
Consultare immediatamente
il
servizio
assistenza
SCHNELL ed interrompere
immediatamente l'uso della
macchina.
- Se l'operazione ha dato esito
positivo (cioè l'apertura è stata
rilevata e segnalata dal
computer)
ristabilire
funzionamento
macchina richiudendo la
protezione aperta e portare il
selettore "Man./Prog./Aut." da
posizione "Aut." a posizione
"Prog." e viceversa.
- Ripetere
la
medesima
operazione singolarmente
per ciascun microinterruttore.
4 - CONTROLLO DELLA TERRA

Il cliente dovrà provvedere a
proprio carico con appositi
strumenti e con personale
specializzato ad effettuare le
opportune misure per verificare
la
completa
efficienza
dell'impianto di terra e del
collegamento di ogni parte
componente la macchina
(accessori inclusi) o l'impianto.
Nel caso le vigenti normative
locali lo richiedessero, utilizzare
personale abilitato a rilasciare
le opportune certificazioni.
