Check the wear on the disc
brake. To do this:
a - Unscrew the distancing
nut which holds the safety
cover of the brake motor.
b - Remove the safety cover.
c - Check that the disc brake
is not excessively worn.
That means that the brake
lining should have a
minimum thickness of
1.5 mm and the distance
between the magnet and
the
counter-magnet
should be between 0.3 and
0.5 mm.
d - If the thickness of the
brake lining is suitable,
proceed as follows:
Tighten by half a turn the
spring adjustment nuts
(2).
Refit all parts.
If the problem continues,
interrupt power and repeat
the operation.
16 - REPLACING THE COOLING
FAN FILTERS
(EVERY 900 WORK HOURS)
Replace them at least every
900 working hours, or when
they appear particularly dirty,
and before the summer
season.
Verificare lo stato di usura del
disco freno. Per fare questo:
a - Svitare il dado distanziatore
che fissa il carter del freno
motore.
b - Smontare il carter.
c - Verificare che il disco freno
non sia eccessivamente
usurato e cioè che lo
spessore minimo delle
guarnizioni di attrito
sia 1,5 mm e che la
distanza tra magnete
e contromagnete sia tra
0,3 e 0,5 mm.
d - Se lo spessore del ferodo
è idoneo, operare come
segue:
Caricare con un mezzo
giro i dadi di regolazione
spinta molle (2).
Rimontare
operando in maniera
inversa.
Se il problema persiste,
togliere tensione elettrica
e ripetere l'operazione.
16 - SOSTITUZIONE FILTRI
DELLE
VENTOLE
RAFFREDDAMENTO
(OGNI 900 ORE DI LAVORO)
Sostituirli almeno ogni 900
ore di funzionamento, o
quando questi appaiano
particolarmente sporchi e
prima della stagione estiva.
