Beyond this value, the display indicates "InF" and the limiting
action will always be active independent of the threshold set with
"P16".

The tOL can be always modified but:
- if the new value is set from 1 to 540, it will be activated only at the
next instrument power up or when the instrument is reverted
from the output power off;
- if "InF" is set, it will be immediately activated.
