11. Prepare the holes for the forward tray by threading a #4 x 1/2 inch
sheet metal screw into each of the mounting holes. Remove the
screws and apply 2 to 3 drops of thin CA in each hole. Once the CA
has fully cured place the tray into position. Secure the forward tray
in the fuselage using four #4 x 1/2 inch sheet metal screws and four
#4 washers.
12. Attach the ball end to the carburetor arm using a 2-56 nut. Use a
drop of threadlock on the ball end to prevent the nut from vibrating
loose. Tighten the hardware using needle nose pliers.
13. Attach the carburetor arm using the hardware included with the
engine.
14. Attach the muffl er to the engine using the hardware included with
the engine.
15. Use medium grit sandpaper to lightly sand the pushrod tube.
Remove any oils or debris from the tube using a paper towel and
isopropyl alcohol.

16. Use a drill and a 3/16-inch (4.5mm) drill bit to drill the hole for the
throttle pushrod. Make sure the hole aligns with the carburetor arm
of your engine selection. Slide the pushrod into the hole so 1/16 inch
(1.5mm) of the pushrod protrudes from the fi rewall. Use medium CA
to glue the pushrod in position.
 The location of the pushrod tube will vary depending
on engine selection. Verify that the pushrod tube
is properly located for the engine selected.
17. Use side cutters to trim the pushrod tube toward the rear of the
radio tray.
18. Slide the longer pushrod support on the pushrod tube from the
inside of the fuselage.
19. Slide the shorter pushrod support on the pushrod tube from the
inside of the fuselage.
20. Mount the engine on the fi rewall using the hardware included with
the engine. Make sure to use a drop of threadlock on each of the
screws before their installation.
