4.7 ASSEMBLY OF THE
ROLLER FOR FZ / LZ - KZ
After having performed the operations
indicated in paragraph "LIFTING OF THE
MACHINE" proceed as follows (Fig. 31):
• For ROTOLAMA LZ, KZ: assemble the
rear clod smasher (A) by fixing it with
the bolts and distancer (B). After this,
position shaft (C) and then handle (D)
on the square pipe of the roller frame.
Fix the bottom to hole (E), and the top
to hole (F).
• For ROTOLAMA LZ and KZ and RO-
TOZAPPA FZ: position shafts (G) on the
square pipe of the roller frame. At this
point the roller can be connected to the
machine. Lift it and place it behind the
machine that was previously connected
to the tractor.
• Fix the two upper blades (H) with bolts
(I) and the two lower blades (L) with the
bolts plus distancer (M).
• The diagrams show the labels on the
roller blades (L) of the machine. Use
the diagrams to help you make sure
that everything has been assembled
correctly (Fig. 32-33).

4.7 MONTAJE DEL ROLLO
PARA FZ / LZ - KZ
Después de haber hecho las operaciones
indicadas en el párrafo "LEVANTAMIEN-
TO" proceder como sigue (Fig. 31):
• Para las ROTOCUCHILLA LZ, KZ mon-
tar la barra de afinación (A) fijándola con
los pernos más distancial (B), montar
el estribo (C) sobre el tubo cuadro del
telar del rollo por lo tanto la manivela (D)
fijándola inferiormente en ella sobre el
agujero (E), y de la parte superior sobre
el agujero (F).
• Para las ROTOCUCHILLAS LZ y KZ
y ROTOAZADA FZ montar los estribos
(G) sobre el tubo cuadro telar del rollo,
a este punto el rollo está listo para el
montaje sobre la máquina, levantarlo
y posicionarlo detrás de la máquina en
precedencia montada sobre el tractor.
• Fijar las dos hojas superiores (H) con
los pernos (I) y las dos hojas inferiores
(L) con los pernos más distancial (M).
• Verificar el correcto montaje también
ayudándose con los esquemas corres-
pondiente a las etiquetas presentes
sobre las hojas rollo (L) mismas de la
máquina (Fig. 32-33).
