1.1. Introduzione al manuale
Scopo di questo manuale è la trasmissione delle informazioni necessarie all'uso competente e sicuro del prodotto.
Esse sono il frutto di un'elaborazione continua e sistematica di dati e prove tecniche registrate e validate dalla EFFER, in attuazione alle procedure
interne di Qualità - UNI/EN 29001 -
Le informazioni di seguito riportate sono destinate - in via esclusiva - ad utenza specializzata, in grado di interagire con il prodotto in condizioni di
sicurezza per le persone, per la gru, e per l'ambiente, interpretando un'elementare diagnostica dei guasti e delle condizioni di funzionamento anomale e
compiendo semplici operazioni di verifica e manutenzione, nel pieno rispetto delle prescrizioni contenute nelle pagine a seguire.
Il documento non contiene istruzioni riguardanti installazione, smontaggio, manutenzione straordinaria, riparazioni sul veicolo ed installazione di eventuali
accessori, dispositivi ed attrezzature, poiché‚ tali operazioni andranno eseguite solo ed in via esclusiva dalle Officine autorizzate. Per un corretto rapporto
con il prodotto, è necessario garantire leggibilità e conservazione del manuale - anche per futuri riferimenti EFFER - per tutta la durata operativa della gru.
In caso di deterioramento o più semplicemente per ragioni di approfondimento tecnico ed operativo, consultare direttamente il Costruttore.
Compilare, aggiornare e conservare il Registro di Controllo all'Appendice Y del Manuale.

1.1. Introduction to the manual
- The purpose of this manual is to provide the information necessary in order to use the product competently and safely.
It is the result of a continuous, systematic analysis of data and technical tests recorded and validated by EFFER, as part of the internal Quality
procedures - UNI/EN 29001 -
The information that follows is aimed exclusively at trained users, capable of working with the products in conditions that ensure safety for people, the
crane, and the environment, interpreting a basic diagnostics of breakdowns and improper operating conditions and carrying out simple examinations
and maintenance, in full respect of the instructions given in the pages that follow.
The document does not contain information regarding installation, dismantling, extraordinary maintenance, vehicle repairs and the installation of any
accessories, devices and equipment, since these operations must be carried out solely by authorized Workshops.
In order to have a correct relationship with the product, the manual must be kept legible and intact, also for future reference by EFFER, for the entire
working life-span of the crane. In the event it deteriorates or, more simply, for more in-depth technical and operative information, contact the Manufacturer
directly.
Fill out, update and keep the Check Register in Appendix Y of the Manual.

- Cette notice se propose d'exposer les informations nécessaires à l'utilisation correcte et sûre du produit.
Elles sont le résultat d'une élaboration continue et systématique de données et d'essais techniques enregistrés et validés par EFFER, en application
des procédures internes de Qualité - UNI/EN 29001 -
Les informations exposées ci-après sont destinées - de façon exclusive - aux opérateurs spécialisés, en mesure d'interagir avec le produit dans des
conditions de sécurité pour les personnes, la grue, et pour l'environnement, en interprétant un diagnostic élémentaires des pannes et des conditions
de fonctionnement anormales et en effectuant des opérations de contrôles et entretien simple, dans le respect total des prescriptions figurant dans les
pages suivantes.
Ce document ne contient pas d'instructions concernant l'installation, le démontage, l'entretien extraordinaire, les réparations sur le véhicule et
l'installation de éventuels accessoires, dispositifs et outillages, car ces opérations devront être effectuées de façon exclusive par des ateliers agréés.
Pour assurer une rapport correct avec le produit, il est nécessaire de garantir la lisibilité et la conservation de la notice - y compris pour de futures
références EFFER - pendant toute la durée de service de la grue. En cas de détérioration ou, plus simplement, pour des raisons d'approfondissement
technique et opératoire, veuillez vous adresser directement au fabricant.
Remplissez, mettez à jour et conservez le Registre de Contrôle (Appendice Y de la notice).

1.1 Einführung zur Betriebsanleitung
- Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung wurde mit dem Ziel erstellt, Ihnen alle für den ordnungsgemäßen und sicheren Einsatz des Produktes notwendigen
Informationen zu übermitteln.
Diese Informationen sind das Ergebnis einer kontinuierlichen und systematischen Verarbeitung von Daten und Ergebnissen technischer Testreihen,
die von der Fa. EFFER, in Durchführung der betriebsinternen Qualitätssicherungsverfahren (UNI/EN 29001), überprüft und festgehalten werden.
Die nachfolgenden Hinweise sind ausschließlich für Fachleute bestimmt, die in der Lage sind, das Produkt unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, zum
Schutz der Personen, des Krans und der Umwelt einzusetzen. Diese Fachleute müssen außerdem in der Lage sein, die elementare Störungs - und Betriebsdiagnostik
zu interpretieren und einfache Prüf- und Wartungsarbeiten, unter Beachtung der in den folgenden Seiten enthaltenen Vorschriften, durchzuführen.
Die Betriebsanleitung enthält keine Hinweise für die Montage, die Demontage, die außerordentliche Wartung, Reparaturarbeiten am Fahrzeug und
den Einbau von Zubehörteilen, Einrichtungen und Vorrichtungen, da diese Arbeiten ausschließlich von der zuständigen Vertragswerkstatt ausgeführt
werden dürfen.
Es ist wichtig, daß diese Betriebsanleitung in einem guten Zustand während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Krans bleibt, damit das Produkt immer
korrekt eingesetzt werden kann und als evtl. späterer Bezugspunkt für die Fa. EFFER. Wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Hersteller, falls die
Betriebsanleitung beschädigt wird oder falls Sie einfach nur einige technische oder einsatzbezogene Punkte vertiefen möchten.
Das Kontrollregister (Siehe Anlage Y der Betriebsanleitung) muß auf dem laufendem gehalten und sorgfältig aufbewahrt werden.
ACHTUNG: Die Ursprungsauffassung dieser Betriebanleitung ist auf italienisch ( I ).
