INSPECTION REGISTER
The validation of the commissioning is intended to verify the proper operation of the crane and of the accessories, as
well as the proper completion of all the procedures, so as to ensure correct commissioning of the crane and installation.
The installer / owner/ employer certify, by this document upon delivery, that the testing took place, that the envisaged
procedures and the practical demonstration of the use of the equipment as well as the explanation of the operator's
manual were performed. This document must be filled in and signed by the installer, by the customer / owner / employer
or by anyone authorized by him, who is requested to apply directly to EFFER in case of non-attendance by the installer.
AT EVERY CHANgE OF OWNERsHIP OF THE EQUIPMENT OR AFTER ANY NEW COLLOCATION OF THE CRANE

The installer must grant the compliance of the installation of the crane and the accessories, according to rules in force in the country of use.
