GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
The EFFER hydraulic crane can be defined 'Loader Crane' (cranes for loading) - according to EN12999, which means machineries
usually combined with a vehicle (semi-trailer included) and generally planned for loading and unloading the vehicle; they may be
installed even in different conditions (pedestal installation or on vessel).
The installer's task is to establish the proper coupling crane-vehicle (or anything else); he is responsible for the correct project/
execution of some parts/circuits necessary for the crane installation as well as for their duly mounting.
We report here below the main aspects of the proper installation along with some indicative suggestions which are not binding.
Please comply in any case with the regulations in force.
The calculations given below and the mechanical design and diagrams must be performed by a competent technician.

installation:
Global security check:
(check carefully all possible dangers)
Practical tests for static and dynamic stability :
Installation final inspection and self-certifying:
(*): In the EU-SEE countries, the EC compliance to directive 2006/42/ EC of the whole machine/equipment, where the hydraulic
crane
is installed, has to be guaranteed by the installer/who starts the crane; this one has to release his own EC Declaration according to
enclosure II-A of the same directive.
The installer must carry out the installation following strictly the instructions given in the vehicle manual, given by the supplementary
stabilizers supplier and by all suppliers of components/accessories he will use and especially according to the regulations in force.
Upon request, EFFER supplies more detailed information. More detailed technical information is available at WWW.EFFER.COM
