To obtain fast and correct delivery of
DMI it is essential to have full and
correct information on the order.
Before the order can be handled and
acknowledged all open issues have
to be clarified. To avoid delay in
order handling, due to missing infor-
mation, it is recommended that the
"Quotation/Ordering Form" on the
following pages be used.
In order to minimize brush wear, the
brush grade will be chosen according
to site conditions. This however is
only carried out if the section "Stand-
ards and site conditions" is com-
pleted in full on the "Quotation/
Ordering Form". In other cases, DMI
will be supplied with a standard
brush grade.
Of course, the "Quotation/Ordering
Form" is an excellent tool for trans-
ferring information for a quotation.

Pour garantir une livraison correcte et
rapide du moteur DMI, il est essentiel
que des informations complètes et
correctes soient indiquées sur la
commande.
Tous les points importants doivent
être clarifiés avant que la commande
ne puisse être traitée. Pour éviter tout
délai dans le traitement de la com-
mande dû à des informations man-
quantes, l'utilisation du "Bon de
commande/Devis" sur les pages
suivantes est recommandé.
Afin de limiter l'usure des balais, le
niveau des balais doit être choisi en
fonction des conditions du site. Ceci
n'est effectué que si la section "Nor-
mes et conditions de site" du "Bon de
commande/Devis" est dûment rem-
plie. Sinon, le moteur DMI est fourni
avec des balais standard.
Et bien sûr, le "Bon de commande"
constitue un excellent outil pour
transférer les informations en vue de
l'établissement d'un devis.
Damit die DMI-Lieferung schnell und
korrekt abgewickelt werden kann, ist
es wichtig, daß das Auftragsformular
vollständig und richtig ausgefüllt
wird.
Vor Bestätigung und Abwicklung des
Auftrags müssen alle offenen Posten
geklärt werden. Zur Vermeidung von
Verzögerungen bei der Auftragsab-
wicklung aufgrund fehlender Anga-
ben empfehlen wir, das Angebots-/
Auftrags-formular auf den Seiten 94-
95 zu benutzen.
Um den Bürstenverschleiß auf ein
Minimum zu reduzieren, wird die
Bürstenqualität an die Standort-
bedingungen angepaßt. Das ist je-
doch nur dann möglich, wenn der
Punkt „Normen und Standort-
bedingungen" im Angebots-/Auf-
tragsformular vorschriftsmäßig ausge-
füllt wird. Falls nicht, erfolgen die
DMI-Lieferungen mit Standard-
Bürstenqualität.
Das Angebots-/Auftragsformular ist
zudem ein ausgezeichnetes Mittel zur
Einführung von Daten in ein Angebot.
