WARNING SIGNALS
3.6.1 ROTATING BEACON
The rotating beacon is a useful instrument for warning
others of your presence in the operating area.
The correct position for this light is on the roof of the
cab where its magnetic base ensures a firm
adherence to the surface.
To remove it simply exert a little pressure on the side
to lift off the base. When it is not on the roof, store it
on top of the battery housing behind the driver's cab.
The rotating beacon is equipped with an extendable
cord fitted with a plug to be inserted in the power outlet
behind the driver's cab.
It is obligatory to activate the device both
when driving on public roads and when
operating on the work site
3.6.2 ACOUSTIC SAFETY WARNINGS
Reversing
When the machine is reversing, an acoustic signal is
automatically emitted to warn people in the nearby
vicinity of the potential danger represented by the
machine itself.
Rollover protection device
When the yellow LED (1 - Fig. 47) lights up, an
intermittent acoustic signal is emitted.
When the red LED (2) lights up all the aggravating
movements of the boom are stopped and the
frequency of the acoustic signal increases (for com-
plete details on the device, see paragraph 3.2.3).
Fault warnings
When certain lights on the central dashboard come
on, an acoustic warning is emitted; these lights indi-
cate:
Low pressure in the hydraulic accumulator (3).
Hydraulic circuit filter clogged (4).

SIGNAUX
3.6.1 GYROPHARE
Le gyrophare est un accessoire utile pour signaler aux
autres sa propre présence dans la zone opérationnelle.
La position correcte est le toit de la cabine où le
gyrophare y demeure fixé grâce à sa base magnétique.
Pour l'ôter il suffit d'exercer une certaine pression
latéralement pour soulever la base.
Lorsqu'il est ôté celui-ci doit être placé sur le boîtier de
la batterie derrière la cabine de conduite.
Le gyrophare est équipé d'un câble extensible avec
un connecteur d'alimentation à introduire sur la prise
derrière la cabine de conduite.
Le dispositif doit être obligatoirement
actionné aussi bien lors du fonctionnement
sur la route que pendant les opérations de
chantier.
3.6.2 SIGNAUX ACOUSTIQUES DE SÉCURITÉ
Mouvement en marche arrière
Lorsque la machine se déplace en marche arrière, un
signal acoustique est émis automatiquement pour
avertir les personnes présentes aux alentours du
potentiel danger représenté par la machine.
Dispositif anti-basculement
Lorsque la DEL jaune (1 - Fig. 47) s'allume un signal
acoustique intermittent est émis.
Lorsque la DEL rouge (2) s'allume tous les
mouvements aggravants du bras sont bloqués et la
fréquence du signal acoustique augmente (pour plus
de renseignements sur le dispositif, voir paragraphe
3.2.3).
Signaux de dysfonctionnement
Lorsque certains voyants sur le tableau de bord central
s'allume, un signal acoustique est émis; les voyants
sont:
Basse pression dans l'accumulateur hydraulique (3).
Filtre du circuit hydraulique obstrué (4).
