CLEANING THE CAVITY GASKET
To avoid any possible damage caused by grease or food residues, it is essential to regularly clean the seals of the cooking chamber by hand. This
should apply to both the internal and external surfaces. Daily cleaning will help to prolong its life.
» Open the oven door.
» Use soap and water or any neutral, non-abrasive detergent and a soft cloth to remove grease from the door gasket.
» Rinse thoroughly.
» Leave the door open until the gasket has dried.

CLEANING DOOR GLASS
To maintain optimum visibility of the cooking cavity, clean the inside glass and door trim regularly.
» Open the oven door fully.
» Unlock the inside glass panel by pressing lightly on the two lugs.
» Rotate the inner glass panel.
» Clean the door glass panes in lukewarm water using a cloth and a neutral, non-abrasive detergent.
» Allow the glass to dry before relocking the inside glass.
