Additional functions
Clean impact:
This function, which can only be set in the recipes, determines the level of soiling in the oven. This level, in turn, has a direct influence on the default
cleaning level available in the 'CombiCare' menu. Each cooking or recipe carried out adds a value to the counter, thus determining the degree of soiling
in the oven, and by extension, the level of cleaning recommended automatically
At the same time, the number of cleaning operations carried out and their level has a decrementing effect on this counter, thus influencing the oven's
overall soiling level.
When a new recipe is created, the clean impact is set to 3 by default, corresponding to average soiling. When copying an existing recipe, the clean
impact will be identical to that of the copied recipe. In both cases, this value can be modified according to the user's preferences and specific
requirements.
» Press the « Clean impact » button.
The cleaning impact settings screen appears.
» Choose the level corresponding to the selected recipe.

manager screen to instantly customise the interface to your needs, whether by adding, deleting or setting additional features.

CREATE A RECIPEL FROM AN EXISTING RECIPE
When you save a recipe from the manufacturer's library without modifying its name, a copy will be
generated, and the name of this copy will be augmented by the # symbol followed by a number to differentiate it
from an existing manufacturer's recipe.
CHEF'SCOMBI
Activating this function in the 'Recipe Editor' screen allows to cool down the cooking cavity during the
recipe, if a step requires a lower temperature than the previous step, by injecting water in addition to cold
air into the cavity
Delayed start is a function that allows you to program the start of a cooking cycle at a later time. This offers
valuable flexibility when planning the cooking of dishes, allowing users to prepare food in advance and
cook it later, even when they are not present
This function can be accessed from the 'Tools' pop-up in the 'Recipes' menu, which is displayed by holding
for a few seconds on a recipe in the library.

grease will be collected during the cooking process and directed to a container external to the oven for
