COOLING & HOLD
Chef'sCombi's "Cool and Hold" function, available in the "Manual Cooking, Delta T, Recipes and Top 12" menus, is designed to optimise your cooking
processes. This function maintains cooking at a preset temperature in Mixed mode, ensuring perfect control of your preparations

At the end of cooking, the hold mode is activated, and a counter appears on the display to show how many
times the hold mode has been activated.
» Press the « End » arrow icon to stop hold mode.
