12 - GREASE COLLECTION OPTION
If your appliance is equipped with the optional cooking grease collection system, it is possible to activate the function during cooking of fatty products,
the grease will be collected during the cooking process and directed to a receptacle outside the oven for safe handling and disposal.
Particularly recommended for cooking products with a high fat content, such as poultry, our system safely extracts and disposes of hot fat using a
dedicated pump, making the Chef'sCombi easy to use and maintain.
An integrated shut-off valve enables the full canister to be safely replaced, even during cooking, so that the collected fat can be safely eliminated.
