User Recipes Gallery.
Here you can import and export all the recipes you have created in the Recipes gallery.
Video gallery
Here you can import and export videos.
Videos must have the following characteristics:
• File type: mp4
HACCP.
The following HACCP data is recorded:
They are classified either by recipe or by period. HACCP data can be stored from 1 week up to a maximum of 54 weeks. During this period, you can
download the data via a USB key.

Import recipes
✓
You have saved on a USB stick previously exported recipes.
»
Insert the USB key into the USB socket on the oven.
»
Press the « Import » button.
Recipes saved on the key are added to the recipe gallery.
Export recipes (not possible with manufacturer's recipes)
✓
You've created recipes.
»
Insert the USB key into the USB socket on the oven.
»
Select the recipe to export.
»
Press the « Export » button.
The selected recipe is saved on the USB key.
Deleting recipes
»
Select the recipe to be deleted.
»
Press the « Delete » button.
A pop-up will ask you if you really want to delete this recipe.

Press the «
The recipe has been removed from the gallery.
Import videos
✓ You have saved a video on a USB key.
»
Insert the USB key into the USB socket on the oven.
»
Press the « Import » button.
A pop-up will alert you if there is no more space available and will ask you to delete an
existing video before importing a new one.
The video saved on the key is added to the video gallery.
Watch a video
»
Select the video to view.
»
Press the « Play » button.
The selected video appears on the screen.
Deleting a video
»
Select the video to be deleted.
»
Press the « Delete » button
A pop-up will ask you if you really want to delete this video.
»
Press the « ✓ » button to confirm this action.
The video is deleted from the gallery.
After this period, the data will be automatically deleted.
Export HACCP data
»
Insert the USB key into the USB socket on the oven.
»
Select the recipe(s) or period to be exported.
»
Press the « Export » button.
A pop-up will ask if you really want to export this data.
The selected HACCP data is saved on the USB key
Delete data
»
Select the recipe(s) or period to be deleted.
»
Press the « Delete » button.
A pop-up will ask you if you really want to delete this data.
»
Press the « ✓ » button to confirm this action.
This data is deleted from the HACCP database.
