12 - GREASE COLLECTION OPTION
» Check that the grease collection canister is empty, or that there is enough space inside the canister.
» Place the canister under the valve.
» Place the grease collection tube in the "drain" position, and lower it into the canister.
» Open the valve by tilting the handle downwards.
» Program your cooking by entering the data either in the « Cooking menu », or from the « Recipes » or
« CombiGuide » menu by selecting the « Recipe manager » key.
» Select the « Grease Collection » key.
» Press the « start » key.
The display shows a message confirming activation of the fat collection function, along with recommendations.

The cooking cycle starts and the bar graph provides visual information on the progress of the cycle and the
various steps.
From this point on, grease is automatically discharged into the canister throughout the cooking process.
» At the end of the cooking program, close the grease trap valve.
» Place the grease collection tube in the ' inactive' position, and lift the tube out of the canister.
» Screw on the cap supplied with the canister to close it. Discharge the canister.
Some cooking recipes are pre-configured by default with the Grease Collection option activated. When
these cooking recipes are started, a confirmation message appears, reminding you to open the dedicated valve
and position the grease collection canister correctly. Be sure to do these steps before starting the cycle, to
ensure optimal and safe operation.
