INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
ROTATION WITH THE PRONE FACE MASK
1. Attach the Prone Face Mask to the Allen
C-Flex as described in Section 3.2 and
Section 3.7.
2. Mount the Spinal Frame and the Allen
C-Flex to the table base as described in
Section 3.12A.
3. Place the Allen Comfort Mask on the
patient.
4. Position the Prone Face Mask over the
patient's face just prior to rotating the
patient.
5. Ensure that the arm is locked
as described in Section 3.6.
6. Rotate the table in accordance with
procedure outlined in the table User
Guide.
7. Adjust the head position as described in
Section 3.6.
