INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PATIENT ROTATION ON THE JACKSON TABLE
Note: This section describes how to use the Allen C-Flex in a 180° Patient Rotation on a
Jackson Table. Refer to the User Guide for the Jackson Table for instructions on
rotation procedure.
ROTATION WITH THE MAYFIELD
Mounting the C-Flex
1. Locate that the crown of the patient's head based on the starburst adaptor
being used to allow for maximum positioning capability.
Standard Starburst: At least 16" (40.6 cm) from the end of the table

Reverse Starburst: At least 10" (25.5 cm) from the end of the table
•
2. Attach the Skull Clamp to the patient's head.
Do not use the C-Flex to support weight when mounted upside down.
