INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
3. Attach the C-Flex to the rail top as described
in section 3.1. The C-Flex should be located
at the end of the rail top as shown.
4. Position the C-Flex so it is above the rails as
shown.
5. Insert starburst adaptor into adaptor housing.
6. Tighten the knob of the side of the adaptor
housing until tight.
7. Attach the Spine Frame to the table base
in accordance with the table User Guide.
The pads should be slightly compressed on
the patient to prevent movement during
the flip.
Make sure that the Allen C-Flex is fully locked onto the rails
