INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
METHOD 2
1. Person #1–Support the patient's head.
2. Person #2 –Turn the knob on starburst adaptor counterclockwise to disconnect
the starburst adaptor from the skull clamp.
3. Person #2 –After the skull clamp is fully disconnected move the C-Flex out of
the way of the patient transfer.

APPLYING TRACTION
1. Position the patient's head.
2. Guide the rope from the weights
through the pulley at the head of the
Spinal Frame.
3. Attach the weights to the patient.
