REDIAL/PAUSE
Press repeatedly to view the last 10
numbers dialed (page 68).
While entering numbers, press and hold
to insert a dialing pause (page 90).
/HANDSET LOCATOR
Press to page all system
handsets (page 71).
VOLUME
Press to adjust the volume during
playback (page 125).
Press to adjust the volume during a call
(page 63).
When the phone is not in use, press
to adjust the telephone base ringer
volume for all lines (page 43).
X/DELETE
Press to delete the message
currently playing (page 124).
When the phone is not in use,
press twice to delete all previously
reviewed messages (page 126).
/REPEAT
Press to repeat a message or press
twice to play the previous message

/ANS ON
Press to turn the answering system
on or off (page 113).

remove 1 in front of the telephone
number before dialing or saving it in a

TONE
Press to switch to tone dialing temporarily
during a call if you have pulse service

PTT
Press to begin a one-to-one or one-to-
group broadcast.
Press and hold to begin a one-to-group
broadcast when the handset is not in use.
/SKIP
During message playback, press
to skip to the next message

While entering names or numbers,
press to move the cursor to the
right.
