If an OGM PLUS
quantity measured by the OGM is compared with a pre-defined dosage quantity target value.
If there is a discrepancy between the values, the metering frequency of the pump is
automatically increased or decreased. Since metering frequency can only be adjusted within
the performance limitations of the pump, setting the dosage quantities higher than 80 or 90%
of the maximum possible metering frequency is not recommended. This will ensure that the
metering controller retains sufficient reserves to react to negative control deviations.
The metering controller function can only be used in the 'internal' and 'current' operating
modes. If the operating mode 'pulse' is selected, the metering controller function will not work.
