Fittings and plugs will be mounted with LOCTITE 572.
Product characteristics
- Colour : white.
- Temperature : resistance from - 50°C to + 150°C.
- TO BE USED WITH CARE : avoid any contact with eyes and skin.

- IF LOCTITE GETS INTO YOUR EYES, FLUSH THEM WITH WATER FOR 15 MINUTES.
- IF LOCTITE GETS ONTO YOUR SKIN, FLUSH WITH WATER AND SOAP.
Disassembly
- Disassemble the units, in case of lock, heat the screws.
- Remove particles of Loctite as thoroughly as possible and degrease.
Assembly
- Clean and carefully degrease surfaces (the lubricant prevents polymerisation therefore making the product
ineffective) using a solvent or by washing the parts.
- Let evaporate.
- Apply a 360° bead on the thread (For bigger threads and voids, apply more product and also into holes).
- Assemble the parts and tighten to the required torque.
- The parts must be assembled within 5 minutes following the Loctite application.
- Immediate sealing.
- Possible handling after 10h - total polymerisation 72h.
