Product characteristics
- Colour : coulour less.
- Smell : acetic non toxic.
- Temperature : resistance from - 50°C to + 200°C.
- TO BE USED WITH CARE : avoid any contact with eyes and skin.

Disassembly
- Disassemble the units, in the event of sticking, tap the parts to break the film.
- Remove particles of Silicomet as thoroughly as possible.
Assembly
- Clean and carefully degrease surfaces using a solvent or by washing the parts.
- Let evaporate.
- Apply a single beading of Silicomet to one of the bearing surfaces well around the attachment holes
(thickness of beading : 1 mm max.).
- Assemble the parts and tighten to the required torque.
- Let evaporate : can be handled after 1h.
- Time for complete vulcanization : 24h to 48h.
- Application of Loctite 549
Product characteristics
- Colour : red dark.
- Temperature : resistance from - 55°C to + 150°C.
- TO BE USED WITH CARE : avoid any contact with eyes and skin.

- IF LOCTITE GETS INTO YOUR EYES, FLUSH THEM WITH WATER FOR 15 MINUTES.
- IF LOCTITE GETS ONTO YOUR SKIN, FLUSH WITH WATER AND SOAP.
Disassembly
- Disassemble the units, in the event of sticking, tap the parts to break the film.
- Remove particles of Loctite as thoroughly as possible.
Assembly
- Clean and carefully degrease surfaces using a solvent.
- Apply a single beading of Loctite to one of the bearing surfaces well around the attachment
holes (thickness of beading : 1 mm max.).
- Assemble the parts and tighten screws to the required torque.
- The parts must be assembled within 10 minutes following the Loctite application.
- Possible handling after 4h - total polymerisation 24h.
